Garfield Tseng has been engaged in graphic design, illustration, and animation for over a decade, having worked in various positions in design companies, publishing houses, print media, and online media. In 2018, she made a resolute decision to venture into freelance work while never forgetting about her own artistic creations. In 2019, she released her first personal art collection titled "CHEERS!" with cats, drinks, and fantasy as the main themes.
